Total Body Workout with Minimal Equipment
Since Christmas is at the end of this week, I thought I would show you a great workout to burn off some of those carbs and sugars everyone is about to consume!!!!
I am hooked on total body workouts and have seen the best results with these workouts. Anyone who knows me, knows that I like to maximize my time in the gym and make it interesting! I am there to burn fat and tone my body. I used to workout one body area each gym visit. That led to boredom and little results! If there is a compound move, you can almost bet I am going to do it. By Compound Move, I mean getting 2 or 3 exercises in one flowing move, within the same rep. It keeps my time in the gym interesting and who doesn’t love maximized fat burning/toning with each move……Getting the most “bang for your buck” Try this total body workout with minimal equipment!
For this workout, you can use the same area for the entire workout without having to move around the gym, and the only pieces of equipment you’ll need are: Exercise Ball, Bosu Ball and a Medicine Ball.
Wearing: Aerie tights, Athleta top & adidas shoes.
Here’s the workout:
12 reps x 4 sets
Exercise Split Lunge Hops, Bosu Ball Pushups, Bosu Ball Squats, Donkey Kicks, Bosu Ball Plank Jacks with overhead press, Advanced Side Planks, Supermans, overhead medicine ball toss.
