When it’s hard to find motivation to drive to the gym and you just wish you could get a workout at home, say no more!!!! Here is a sweat enticing Total Body Transform Workout. The bonus is that I used minimal equipment. All you need is a free weight and jump rope! I am using a 15lb weight that you can get here, but you can certain use whatever weight you want, and I have 2 jump ropes but this one is my favorite!
Do both sides 12-15 reps and 3-4 sets
This is a tough one, so stay focused,stay after it and don’t forget to BREATHE!!!
-Jump Rope-1 minute
-Step ups into a lunge
-Knee Tuck push up
-Elbow to Hand planks w Dumbbell Crossover
-Dumbbell rear lunge w overhead press & single leg deadlift( great compound exercise)!!
– Dumbbell toss w squat(alternative to a kettlebell)
-Reverse Lunge w karate kick –2nd & 3rd options of this are adding in arms
-Tricep Press
-Rows
—-Get that Heart Rate up—!!!!!
-Jump Squats
-Heel Taps
-Walk out single leg push ups
-Burn Off Any Excess Energy at the end if you have any left!!!
