Warm weather is here and I decided to take my workout outside! We have an area outside my gym that has a variety of tires to use in my workout. If you have never flipped tires, you are missing out! It’s not just for FARMERS….haha I ended up getting a complete body workout in, and it was intense. To add some extra fat blasting at the end, do sprints back and forth, the length of your area(run in the grass if you have to). I remembered these from my basketball practice drills!
Tire Flipping Outdoor Workout
I much more prefer to workout outside. There’s the fresh air aspect(no smelly body odors like inside the gym) and you can really customize your workout any way you like. For this session, I did 3 rounds of every exercise, and down and back the entire way of the pavement/ or about 12 reps of static exercise. If you happen to have a Bosu Ball-I LOVE workout out with those. You can seriously get an entire body workout by just using one of those!

Decline crossover mountain climber w/ push-up
Oblique ball slams
Ball Balance Planks(lift 1 leg)
Ball Burpee
Kettlebell Swings
walking Lunge w/ twist
Tire Pushups
Tire Step-ups
Flip the Big Guy
Broad Jumps(burpee option)
Walk down planks w/ superman
Skips
*If you have anymore in you after all this, do line sprints back & forth as fast as you can!!!
