Hi Everyone! If you don’t know this about me yet, I am a HUGE ATHLETIC SHOE FANATIC!!! If money were no object, I would have probably 20 pair!!! Most of the time, reading reviews will definitely have an influence in purchasing a certain style. I decided to give you an honest review, myself, of this style. I purchased the Nike Free TR8 shoes when Nordstrom was having their Anniversary sale. They were a great buy, and what a good-looking shoe!!!  Find out what I liked, or didn’t like in my video below! The Nike Free line has quite the “cult” following. It’s widely popular and known for their comfort, lightweight and flexibility, but is that enough to make me keep the shoe????

The Women’s Gym/HIIT/Cross Training Shoe has a stronger heel than ever before, plus extra cushioning that hugs and contains your foot. The sole is still unbelievably flexible, offering a natural, lightweight feel and lateral support through every rep.
Greater Stability
The heel is flatter than it was in previous models, which creates a wider surface area and greater stability for exercises like squats. An added layer of material over the heel gives it more durability and structure.
Cushioned Support
This edition of the Free TR has a second layer of soft foam cushioning that wraps your foot in a snug, supportive hug. It allows your foot to sit deeper in the shoe for better support as you move from side to side.
Ultra Flexible
Deep grooves and cutouts in the sole allow the shoe to flex and expand in every direction. This means an incredibly natural, lightweight feel.
